Details: Office Upgrade also known as Electra House, a significant refurbishment project to convert the building, previously used by London Metropolitan University, from educational use to modern office space, including and a complete update of electrical systems to create around 8,083 square meters of office space; this project is particularly focused on preserving the building's historic features as it is a Grade II listed building
